Our guest in this episode, Alysa Slay, is not only a long-time Pet Boss Club® member and all-around awesome human, but she’s also the mastermind behind Camp Dogwood– an overnight camp for dogs and their humans (craving s’mores now?! So are we.)
But her expertise gets better– she also has her doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Yup, she’s a bona fide brainiac pet business owner!
We had to bring her onto the Boss Your Business podcast to share some of her genius strategies for understanding the people who make your business tick.
In this episode, Alysa shares:
🧠 Why your employees might be struggling to follow policies, remember their job responsibilities, or keep up with their workload.
🧠 How to ensure your training methods are setting your team up for success, no matter their learning style.
🧠 The number ONE thing that is likely disrupting your team’s success.
🧠 And SO much more.
You can’t clone yourself, but you can learn how to communicate with the people who will have all paws on deck inside your business so that everyone wins. Listen in to find out how!
