Candace is BACK from maternity leave! 🥳
And she has a lot to catch you up on after being off for 110 days.
YES, Candace was able to step away and focus on being a new mama for 110 days!
But the ability to have time off from Pet Boss Nation® did not necessarily come easily. There was lots of prep work involved, and a WHOLE lot of trust in her team, who she had to set up for success.
So if you’ve been on the edge of your seat to hear how things went, this is the episode for you, and you can learn some valuable lessons to apply in your own business (and maybe set yourself off for some time off too!)
In this episode, Candace talks about:
➡️ The steps she took leading up to her maternity leave, and how systems and processes came into play in a BIG way.
➡️ How the actual maternity leave went. Did Candace have to put out any fires? How did her team handle the parts of the business where Candace usually provides facetime?
➡️ The answer to a question asked by a Pet Boss Nation follower… How did she trust her team enough to step away for that long?!
➡️ A few things she learned while on maternity leave… because new motherhood plus running a business is a whole different type of hard, but there are certainly some lessons you pick up along the way!
➡️ And so much more!
Was everything perfect while Candace was away? No. But did we push ourselves as a team to be the best we can be for our community? Yes. And we’re all better for it! This is all possible for you too.
