On the 15th of each month, we send the next month’s planner drop by email. Inside the Dropbox folder, you’ll find an editable planner PDF you can download, print, or use digitally, plus a set of ready-to-post graphics that match that month’s themes and holidays. If you want to customize the graphics for your brand, the Canva link is included on the last page of the planner.
Here’s the timing depending on when you join:
→ If you join between the 1st and the 14th, you’ll get the current planner drop right away, and you’ll receive the next month’s planner drop on the 15th of this month.
→ If you join on the 15th or later, you’ll get the next month’s planner drop right away, and your next drop will arrive on the 15th of the following month.
Each folder also includes a quick guide so you know exactly how to use the planner and turn it into a plan for your business.

How much does it cost?
This membership is 100% tax-deductible and costs $59 a month.
When do I get my first planner?
You’ll receive a welcome email within a few minutes of signing up with a Dropbox link to the most recently released planner and graphics so you can get started right away.
When do new planners drop?
New planner drops are emailed on the 15th of each month and include the following month’s planner.
What if I sign up before the 15th?
If you join between the 1st and the 14th, you’ll get the current planner right away in your welcome email, and you’ll receive the next month’s planner on the 15th of this month.
What if I sign up on the 15th or after?
If you join on the 15th or later, you’ll receive the next month’s planner right away in your welcome email, and you’ll receive your next planner drop on the 15th of the following month.
How do I access my planner and graphics?
Everything is delivered by email via a Dropbox folder link. Inside the folder you’ll find the planner PDF and the graphics for that month. The Canva link for editable graphics is included on the last page of your planner.
Do the Dropbox links expire?
Yes. Each Dropbox link expires after one month, so make sure you download your planner and graphics before the next drop arrives.
Can I print the planner?
Yes. The planner is an editable PDF that you can download and print or use digitally on your computer.
Can I cancel?
Yes. This is a monthly subscription and you can cancel anytime. To avoid being billed for the next month, make changes at least 5 days before your billing date.
